I wonder whether you can sponsor discussion groups on various national issues. For example, Bhopal verdict has raised the important issues - it is a failure of governance and the rule of law even after 34 years of republican rule. How to improve governance and the rule of law should be a topic of discussion. Is it just a failure of ruling politicians alone or the bureaucrats and the opposition are equally responsible ? It is the duty of the bureaucrats to give proper and legal advise to the politicians. Have they done it ? Why the bureaucrats bend and sometimes break the law than uphold the law, which is the mandate of the constitution.How to make them free from the clutches of the ruling politicians. Why the opposition did not come to the rescue of the victims of Bhopal ?
There are many other issues as well. A group of interested people can put forward the issue and people can respond and a consensus can be evolved. Even this suggestion could be debated.
